He is also known as Carl Maria von Weber, Carl von Weber and Carl Weber. He was a German composer, conductor, virtuoso pianist, guitarist and music critic and one of the first significant composers who was est known for his operas, especially German Romantische Opera (romantic operas). Early conductors had been known to use violin bows , sticks,their hands or rolled pieces of paper to indicate the rhythm of the piece being played
