I would love some of these but I have no luck with germinating livistona seeds.  I can't even germinate livistona chinensis fresh off my own tree.

They are easy to germinate Reyes, are you giving them heat? They need heat this time of year now that the temps have gotten cooler. Just use a baggie with moist spaghum and they will sprout.

I've tried everything.  I've tried in the summer when our temperatures are in the 90s and 100s, I've tried the baggie method and all I grew was mold.  I'm starting to think that I have a brown thumb.  Well not completely brown thumb since I have great success with Washingtonia and royal palm seeds.  Maybe I'll try some of your seeds and get better luck.  Do you still some left over?

My first 2 popped up today (day 39)!  4" pot with off the shelf potting soil in a ziplock bag on a heat mat.  Its in my garage so I kept a box flipped over the mat to keep the heat in.  Thermostat on top read 85ish at all times.  Thanks Charlene!

I planted about 50 seeds in a community pot outside as an experiment.  I wanted to see if they would germinate in cold temperatures.  The last few days have been cold.  Lows in the lower 40s and highs in the 50s and 60s.  They took longer to germinate than seeds that were heated but they germinated non the less.  I am impressed.  Thanks @NatureGirl
