I cannot attest to the quality of her products, as I have not received my purchase, but I can tell you that her customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I made an inquiry, and was met with hostility, and accusations of lying. I never stated that she didn't ship, just that I hadn't received it, and that set off a nasty, hostile exchange in which her story kept changing. I understand that she cannot be responsible for the handling of the package, but I was hoping for some assistance on her end to find out what happened, seeing that my post office said they cannot track packages sent from Serbia. No such luck. So, if you're considering making a purchase with her, remember the saying "buyer beware" because it most definitively applies here

Dear Madam, your order has arrived in America, which I confirmed, by initiating the procedure for claiming the package, in the post office from where it was sent. That's why the administrators etsj.com closed the case that you started against my store. I am extremely sorry that there is no option to set up a correspondence in the whole case. I love my work and I work with a lot of love and I give the best, to make every customer happy. This was a very ugly and unpleasant experience with you. best regards
