    Habitat Coral reefs up to 60 meters deep
    Behaviour Mostly nocturnal. Hides in coral reefs and hunts in shallow water. Epaulet sharks swim very rarely. Normally they crawl like salamanders and use their fins as feet. This is how they can also manage short distances ashore.
    Diet Shrimps, crabs, mussels and squid
