Many of us discovered that coffee was essential during the pandemic, and it’s still as much a part of one’s daily life now as any other food. If you find that others underestimate how good fast-food coffee can be, you’ll love that your favorite Burger King stores now also offer iced coffee from its new BK Café coffee menu

The coffee beans are sourced from Holland so you’ll get a unique taste that’s different from the usual coffee that you might expect. “BK CAFÉ invites you to savor the exceptional, indulge in the extraordinary, and redefine your perception of what coffee and fast food can truly be,” shared John Velasco, General Manager of Burger King Philippines.

Here’s what to expect from the new BK Café iced coffee drinks menu:

There are three iced coffee that you’ll see on the new BK Café menu: Iced Sweet Black (P55), Iced Vanilla (P65), and Iced Mocha (P65). This is accompanied by its only hot brew Roast Coffee (P49) formerly known as Joe Coffee.

The Iced Sweet Black is your basic black coffee served icy cold without any added cream or milk. It’s served sweetened so you might want to request it be served unsweetened if you’re not a sweet coffee drinker. For those who do enjoy their coffee on the sweeter and milkier side, there is the Iced Vanilla, flavored with vanilla, and the chocolate-coffee mix of its Iced Mocha.

What you might be surprised to not see on this updated menu is the famous icy BK Mocha Joe. It’s been discontinued, However, you can hack the Mocha Joe using the new Iced Mocha and turning it into a float for an additional P20. (Check the “Add Sundae’ box on the Burger King app if you’re using it.) Its taste is sadly not comparable to the original Mocha Joe but it’s as close as you’ll get to it since the drink is no longer available.
