Model-turned-mogul Tyra Banks, 47, just got real about her life balancing work, motherhood, and self-care. In her latest Instagram post, the Dancing with the Stars host shared that she's working on finding the balance between her different roles and making time to take care of herself.

"You 👏🏾 Got 👏🏾 This 👏🏾. Smile big because big things are coming your way baby!!! Life can get crazy, trust me I know y’all. 🤪 Balancing work (who knew launching a business was so cray cray), being a mom, and remembering to take care of yourself too," the SMIZE Cream founder wrote in the caption.

The supermodel also gave a shout-out to all the other working moms out there, calling for their advice. "Where are all my working mamas at? Would love to hear some advice y’all have for finding balance. Share with ya girl in the comments below. ⬇️⬇️⬇️ #WomensHistoryMonth," she ended the post.

Along with her candid message, the actress also shared a gorgeous no-makeup selfie in the second slide of her post that showed off her natural glow. Thankfully, Tyra has shared some inside info on how her beauty routine helps her achieve such flawless skin.

One of her biggest tips? Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize.

"I'm obsessed with moisture. I'm not afraid of oils. I think my obsession with moisturizing is one of the reasons I've held onto not looking my age. My mom taught me to lotion every part of my body right after I get out of the shower or out of the bath before your skin dries up. So the buttocks, the boobs, the back, legs ... I look like a Cirque du Soleil performer when I'm moisturizing," the former America's Next Top Model host shared in an interview Total Beauty. She's also a big fan of Vaseline, which she shared during an episode of The Tyra Banks Show.

Plus, Tyra exfoliates daily. "A lot of people have told me that I look younger than I am. I really think it’s because I started exfoliating at birth!" she shared with Essence. "I do it every night because I love that deep-clean feeling. My mom always told me it doesn’t matter how much makeup you wear, if the canvas isn’t right, you’re going to look clumpy, lumpy, patchy, and dry."

And she uses a basic washcloth to do it. "Exfoliation was a big deal in our household. Nothing fancy, just a washcloth and using it twice a day—in the morning and at night," Tyra said in an interview with TODAY. "A wet washcloth with the same soap that didn’t dry you out."

On the days Tyra does wear makeup, she makes sure to take it off before bed every night. "I have this face-washing ritual. I wash my makeup off before I go to bed 99.9 percent of the time, but sometimes when I'm too tired I won't," she shared with Total Beauty. "And back in the day when I wasn't wearing non-comedogenic makeup, I'd break out, so I really feel beautiful doing the ritual of washing off my makeup."
