Dodgers longtime ace Clayton Kershaw cemented his status as one of baseball's greatest pitchers with yet another milestone. On Tuesday night, Kershaw threw seven dominant shutout innings against the Mets, en route to his 200th career win. That put him in an exclusive group — one that just over 100 pitchers have entered in MLB history.

However, Kershaw's exclusivity goes even deeper than that.

Kershaw has spent his entire 16-year career with the Dodgers, and, of course, has all those wins with one team. Because of that, he joined an even more exclusive list of players who have won 200 or more games all with one team.

Kershaw is the 13th player in MLB history to make that list.

Dodgers manager Dave Roberts talked about just how special it is for Kershaw to accomplish something like this (per Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic).

"It’s hard to imagine the company that he’s in," Roberts said. "It took a lot of hard work, and for us to be a part of it and watch it happen in real-time is really special. Certainly it’s individual in the sense that it’s 200 wins, something that very few have ever achieved or will ever achieve."

It's difficult to know how many more years Kershaw has in him. His final year could come at any moment. But for now, he'll keep climbing the ranks of the winningest pitchers in MLB history, and will continue to do it with that Dodgers logo across his chest.
