How much does it cost to make a custom hat?

Our hat prices range from $13.07 to $15.78. The price includes the product and order fulfillment (embroidery and shipping preparations). The price, however, doesn’t include shipping and the digitization cost of up to $6.50. Digitization is our internal process where we turn your design into a format that our embroidery machines understand.

What is the best way to clean a baseball cap?

We recommend hand-washing baseball caps and other hats instead of machine-washing them. Machine-washing can reduce embroidery quality and damage the hat’s shape. For cleaning, use lukewarm water and a mild detergent.

How big can you embroider designs on a hat?

Your embroidery area size depends on the hat you want to order. For specific design measurements, check our individual product pages for each hat.

Is there an easier way to order hats for a group?

Yes, there is. You can use our MerchShare tool. Simply create a hat template in our Design Maker and share it with others through a link, they’ll be able to pick their size, color, and quantity, leaving your design untouched.

Can I upload my own artwork?

Of course, you can! Just make sure to check out the embroidery guidelines on your chosen product’s page. The simpler the design is, the better it’ll look embroidered.

What’s the fit like for the hats?
