Already a slick center fielder and smooth guitarist, Yankees great Bernie Williams could find himself honing a new craft in 2024.

The YES Network and fan favorite recently discussed Williams appearing on Yankees broadcasts this coming season, a source confirmed to the Daily News. Williams won four World Series while spending his entire 16-year career with the Yankees.

YES, which did not immediately respond to a request for comment, has long paired former Yankees with anchor Bob Lorenz and analyst Jack Curry, two in-studio personalities, alongside lead play-by-play man Michael Kay. Past pinstripers to recently grace the airwaves include David Cone, John Flaherty, Todd Frazier, Jeff Nelson and Paul O’Neill.

YES has also utilized former NBA players like Vince Carter and Richard Jefferson for the network’s Nets broadcasts.

Williams, 55, enjoyed a decorated Yankees career that began before the team’s late-’90s dynasty. Between 1991 and 2006, he was a five-time All-Star, a four-time Gold Glover, a Silver Slugger and a batting champ. He also took home the 1996 American League Championship Series MVP Award.

Williams finished his career with a .297/.381/.477 slash line, 287 home runs and 1,257 RBI. The Yankees retired his No. 51 in 2015.

The New York Post’s Andrew Marchand first reported YES’ interest in Williams.

BOONE TO TALK AGAIN

Aaron Boone is scheduled to talk once more before the year ends, as the Yankees skipper will meet with the media on Thursday. Boone will appear at a holiday food/toy drive at the NYPD’s 44th precinct.

Of course, Yankees fans could hear the manager speak again before Jan. 1 if Yoshinobu Yamamoto picks the pinstripes by then.
