UL Testing and the western Superior Court of North Carolina has a letter stating that I will donate the Quest Properties - around Nikola Tesla’s original cabin - to Honor Naval and Army Veterans that worked behind enemy lines on aircraft, submarines, carriers and special units, and the Officers that built nuclear enegy to defend against Russia’s expansion. yes America had 5000 troops in Russia stationed in Archangel Port City. Photograph is in the Grand Rapids newspaper of my great grandfather, receiving the flag from his unit that served in our archangel Russia encampment. 200 mostly Michigan veterans died in polar bear country. They called us Polar Bear Expeditonary Force🖤. The White Polar bears fought the Red Russians ❤️, in a attempted overthrow of Lenin’s new Government. Stalin Defended against Hilter’s Army’s 21 years later. NATO is now massively planning a total war against Putin using the Abrams Tanks. You are supposed to foul and test procedures, but if it test too difficult that don’t bother to ask for the test results, they just trust the manufacturers actually did it. Then when they find out back up power supplies to Nuclear Power Stations, it always better for lawyers to cover up the situation then to admit, they actually made a mistake and just proceeded ahead with the cover up. The fact is the utility power, whether it’s fossil fuel is often connected over to restart a nuclear power plant and that’s why they have them within 400 miles of the main nuclear power plant. That way you have back up power. when I ask you well whether they could do it, so oh no, we don’t do that test. It doesn’t say that we actually have to witness that test that we just trust the manufacturer I said oh I’m the chief engineer and I’m not gonna tolerate that type of attitude cause they get all upset and cover up using their attorneys that’s what they do best. when you look up the GE organizational chart and the staff of attorneys in Boston grossly out number the number of engineers in the United States, you realize you have an upside down organization now I’m sure what’s left to GE is probably pretty straight. After pondering Elon Musk’s “The Algorithm”, it led me to think about the principles of other world class organizations that I’ve had the great privilege to experience. These principles are not trivial and used daily by the men and women of the US Nuclear Navy. How else could they successfully avoid a nuclear incident and the subsequent loss of public trust (going on 69 years) than with a strong set of principles that they follow to the letter. I can personally attest to how important these principles are to Nuclear Power in the US. The USS Nautilus (SSN-571), the world's first operational nuclear-powered submarine was commissioned on September 30, 1954. On January 17, 1955, the Nautilus signaled its historic message, "Underway on nuclear power." Following the success of the Nautilus, the U.S. Navy expanded its fleet of nuclear-powered vessels, including submarines and aircraft carriers. The USS Nautilus marked the beginning of a new era for naval warfare and global maritime strategy, given the advantages of nuclear propulsion, including the ability to remain submerged for extended periods without the need to surface for air or refueling. 1. Integrity: Always provide accurate and truthful information. Errors are acknowledged and corrected. 2. Ownership: This principle refers to taking full responsibility and accountability for one's actions and decisions, as well as the outcomes that result from them. 3. Formality: Precise and clear communication is vital to ensure safety and proper operation. 4. Level of Knowledge: Must possess an in-depth knowledge of the systems you are operating. Your level of knowledge is the foundation for which you base your decisions. 5. Questioning Attitude: Always be curious and never assume. Always ask questions if something doesn't seem right. 6. Procedural Compliance: In a nuclear environment, there's no room for improvisation. Procedures are followed to the letter. 7. Forceful Backup: Everyone is responsible for ensuring safe operations, and they have not only the right but the obligation to intervene if they observe unsafe actions.

Checkout the latest Irregular Warfare Initiative Podcast on the topic of the stability-instability paradox. While the name of the academic theory is wonky, I believe it is one of the most important theories for practitioners to understand IOT predict the most probable future national security challenges. Nuclear weapons make direct conventional warfare between great powers unlikely. Instead, great powers will engage each other indirectly through proxy wars and other approaches short of war -- i.e. irregular warfare. While it is important to invest in the technologies needed for LSCO, this is to deter the most dangerous COA of future conflict.
