Foundational for understanding how to model behavior, both on micro- and macro-level scales. The book goes into politics, economics, human emotions, and everything in between. Before jumping into reinforcement learning and more complicated modeling exercises, it is important to understand the foundations, which this book will provide. Highly recommend, but come equipped with a mathematical background and a willingness to draw out proofs in the margins, or else you will not get as much out of it.
