I hope that my artwork brings joy to my customers but if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me by email within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the problem speedily.

The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition, unopened and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any loss or damage in return transit.

I am afraid I cannot accept returns of Custom or Personalized Orders or Bespoke Commissions.

Your order will be dispatched to the shipping address entered by the customer. I cannot be held responsible for an item if the buyer entered an incorrect address.

All my Watercolour Art Prints and Greeting Cards are packaged in a clear protective sleeve.

NB :- Due to differences in screen calibration, there may be a slight variation in colour to that of the finished item.

Your order will be dispatched in a padded Mail-Lite Envelope with stiffener or a flat PIP box with waterproof outer for safety in transit.

I also offer a Gift Wrapping service for a small additional charge of £3.00.
This includes a paper wrapping with complimentary ribbon or raffia.
For orders marked as a 'Gift' I can also include a gift tag with your personal greeting.

If you would like me to send your order directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message of your choice. No more than 50 characters please.

I endeavor to process all orders within 1 - 3 working days.
However, if an unexpected delay arises I will notify you immediately.

Personalized orders may take a little longer to process, as a guide, please allow an additional 2 working days to complete and dispatch your order.
This will allow time for me to prepare a layout and for you to confirm your details are correct by email. When I receive your confirmation I will process your order.

Shipping is by Royal Mail, 1st Class Service with the option to upgrade and costs are defined by the size and weight of the order.
Please refer to my Shipping Profiles for each individual product.

In the case of Bespoke Commissions for Original Watercolour Paintings or Unique Custom Orders I will quote separately for Shipping.

Occasionally delays may occur, which are unfortunately out of my control. Peak times such as Christmas, Easter or Bank Holidays may be affected. Industrial Action may also cause delays.
Whenever possible, if I am aware that there may be a delay in the delivery of your order, I will notify you immediately.

I love to create beautiful art so if I can create a special painting for you, please leave me a message in my 'Request a Custom Order' box.
I will develop a working drawing with colour swatches, a time frame for creation of the painting and a price. The price will include 1 Draft and Shipping costs for the unmounted and unframed work.
The length of time it takes to create the work and the price will be determined by the size and complexity of the painting.
Before embarking on the work I will require a deposit with the remainder due on completion and before dispatch.

I welcome the opportunity to create something unique for my customers, be it a range of Home Decor Wall Art Prints or a set of bespoke Wedding Staionary.
To help me develop a clear picture of your requirements, please indicate the images in my shop which captured your attention and add any references which illustrate your desired subject matter and colour scheme.
I will then develop a working draft, with colour swatches for your consideration along with a processing time frame and finished product price.
The price will include unique Design Creation if required, 1 Working Draft, Product Cost and Shipping costs.
Having received your confirmation by email and before proceeding to design and finished product, I will require a deposit.
