If you have received a broken item, please send me a photo of the product within 24 hours of delivery to get a replacement.

A cheaper shipping option is available for stickers, postcards, and other flat items.
Items such as washi tapes, pin-back buttons, tote bags, and nonflat items cannot be shipped using this method.
Please keep in mind that this option will NOT come with tracking and KyariKreations will not be responsible for mail lost in transit.
If you would like to request for cheaper shipping, please send me a message, and I will create a custom listing for you.

In most cases, I do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.

USPS does not offer live tracking updates for their packages. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update on the USPS website.
In some cases, USPS will miss a scan or two when a package is in transit. Please be assure that your package is still moving within the USPS system and is on its way to its destination.

KyariKreations is NOT responsible for packages that are 'returned to sender.'
SOLUTIONS:
• Reshipment: Buyer will have to pay for shipping (please double check your
address before submitting a request for reshipment)
• Refund: Buyer will have to pay a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fee
will not be refunded.

Sometimes USPS will mark a package as "Delivered" but not deliver it until a day or two later. Please give them another day or two to get your package delivered.
If you are still waiting to receive your package after 3 business days, please report it to USPS or contact your local post office.
KyariKreations is NOT responsible for packages stolen or lost once marked as "Delivered."
