All design purchases contain at least 2 downloads - 1 watermarked jpg for advertising purposes (should that apply) and at least one transparent .png for subbing! If you’re seeing the watermarked file, simply download the .png file.

** If you are using my photos to advertise on social media, they MUST include a watermark- either your logo or mine, but they cannot be posted without image protection.

All of my files are instant download. Upon completion of payment, your files are instantly available in the purchase & reviews section of your Etsy profile. You must login through a web browser and login to Etsy’s website to download. Etsy does not offer the option to download files through its app. Once logged in, go to your purchases section click on the receipt then download to access your purchases.

**NOTE** If you are confident that the sale has been completed but cannot locate your receipt you can contact me (via message shop option) and I will verify the Etsy default address used for purchase. If you are unable to access that account, you must contact Etsy to update your information.
