Keeley, 37, captioned the snap, in which she also wore thick black sunglasses: 'This is what waiting for a pina colada looks like'.
The English model and actress posted three photos to her Story in which she wore three different bikinis.
Keeley's second bikini was patterned green and black and fully displayed her enviable model physique.
She stood outside in the shot, and leaned against a palm tree. She wrote in the caption 'Xmas Eve bubble bath'.
