The Miss K is a designer lamp by Philippe Starck that has been awarded the red dot award. The work of the French star designer impressively shows how traditional design can be combined with new technologies. So the outer diffuser of the Flos Miss K table lamp is made from transparent, aluminium-coated methacrylate, also known as acrylic, enriched with special colour pigments. Its inner shade is made from injection-molded polycarbonate. Due to this consistence, the shade creates a unique mood of lighting that characterizes this luminaire perfectly and captivates the fascination of the observer even when the table lamp is switched off. Special feature: An integrated dimmer that allows you to adjust the illumination output to suit the task or need and that even glows when the Flos Miss K isn’t turned on – so nobody has to fumble around in the dark.
