The statement that extra virgin olive oil does not go stale or rancid is false. All olive oils have a shelf life. If kept sealed, out of the sun and at room temperature, it will last 2 years.

Best olive oil of all time. This one is spicier and more grassy than the #2 or #1 in my opinion. This is the only olive oil brand that I buy. Read about the company's backstory, they're a great producer of quality olive oils from Sicily. Be warned, you will be spoiled after trying this product and won't be able to go back to the other "quality" olive oils you think you've had.
