    I've been waiting for a rerelease of the ANH style R2D2 and this figure is a good fit. He's larger slightly than previous releases, making him more accurate in terms of scale. He also comes with a variety of accessories AND the new pop-up head dome reveals an internal storage bay for the accessories so they shouldn't get lost. Downsides, only the two front doors open. The blue arms on the chest are molded in and do not move. Overall surface details are nice and sharp. And last... the wheels are molded in place on the bottom of the feet and don't roll. I realize this was probably a cost cutting measure, but the figure was still $25 so that cost cutting didn't go to the consumer. Still, overall it's a nice piece to fit in my "12 Back" figure collection and he was the only one I was still missing.
