- After washing your face with warm water or a gentle cleansing foam, apply Gua Sha cream or oil evenly over your face.
- Use the sandalwood Gua Sha tool to perform Gua Sha in the directions and sequences shown in the image.
- Duration and frequency: Scrape each line 5-10 times, and perform Gua Sha every three to seven days.
- If you'd like to apply a face mask after performing Gua Sha, use a cotton towel to wipe off any remaining oil on your face. Then, wash your face with warm water and apply the warmed face mask. Note: Wait at least 30 minutes before going outside, as increased blood circulation and open pores make the skin more vulnerable to wind.
