On the Pathway course, students will be able to improve their level of linguistics, improve their knowledge of specialized disciplines and mathematics, improve critical thinking and social skills, and prepare in advance for the university's complex academic plan.

Students can choose from four different training programs: the choice will depend on the level of English proficiency, the pace of study and the preferences for elective courses. All courses give students university credits that allow them to enroll in higher education programs.

  • A one-year program that is available to all foreign students and has a measured pace of learning,
  • Semester programs for those who already have a knowledge base,
  • Intensive courses for students who are almost ready to enter,
  • The path to international sports for those who would like to start a sports career.

In addition to the main subject disciplines of the course, students are required to engage in self-study for 20 hours per week.

After completing one of the preparatory programs, students receive a guaranteed right to enroll in undergraduate or graduate courses at Jönköping University or one of its partner universities.

The Pathway Program certificate acts as a confirmation of the language level corresponding to IELTS 6.5, knowledge and specialized skills.
