Murphy, Ted (Bettystown, Co Meath, Drogheda, Co Louth and formerly Gillardstown, Castlepollard, Co Westmeath) – September 2, 2023 - peacefully surrounded by his devoted family at his residence.

Dearly loved husband of Catherine, much loved dad of Paul, Joseph and Stephen, and adoring grandad to Orla, Oisin and Aoife. Ted will be sadly missed and forever remembered by his loving family, daughters-in-law Leanne and Mayara, sisters Mary and Ann, brothers Fr Jimmy and Sean, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

Reposing at P Townley & Sons Funeral Home, Drogheda A92 XN75 on Monday from 5 p.m. concluding with prayers at 7.30 p.m.

Ted’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 12 noon in the Church of St John the Baptist Whitehall, Castlepollard, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
