Diffuse osteopenia. Intertrochanteric fracture of the left proximal femur.

Intertrochanteric fracture of the left femur had been internally fixed with a gamma nail/trochanteric nail. Fracture fragments are well aligned. Orthopedic hardware is intact. Postsurgical changes are seen in the soft tissues of the left upper thigh.
