Mark Wahlberg showed off his rock hard abs and muscular figure while hitting the gym.
The “Fighter” star posted his latest thirst trap on Instagram Thursday, sharing a video of him working out with a few of his buddies at 4 a.m.
In the clip he flexes his muscles while lifting up his salmon-pink Municipal T-shirt, which he paired with blue thigh-length shorts and white sneakers.
“Another day in the gym,” the actor says before getting into his leg workout routine.
Wahlberg, 52, showed himself doing leg presses, barbell lounges and jump squats.
The clip then cuts to one of his friends becoming winded and the father of four quipping, “We haven’t even started yet, that was the warm-up.”
He then continues with various weighted exercises as he intermittently pokes fun at his friends who “haven’t worked out in a long time.”

In pure Wahlberg style, he finishes off the strenuous session with a cold plunge.
“My buddies thought the 4 am club was too easy 🥳🤣,” he jokingly captioned the video.
Wahlberg often leaves his fans drooling as he flaunts his shredded body on Instagram while working out.
He’s known for his intense gym routines as he maintains a healthy lifestyle “the good old-fashioned way” by moving his body and eating right, he told Page Six last year.
On occasion, the “Ted” star’s wife, Rhea Durham, will take a moment to show off her man as she recently sent fans into a frenzy with the ultimate thirst trap.
Last year, the former model made headlines when she shared a photo of Wahlberg wearing only underwear and socks in a red light therapy machine.
The sultry snap was taken from the opening of the therapeutic muscle recovery bed as the actor posed for the camera while looking up and grabbing onto his crotch.
“🫣Good Morning ❤️🔥 and you’re welcome 🌶️💥,” the former model captioned the pic in November.
