Mark Wahlberg’s fans were left speechless after seeing a photo of him wearing nothing his socks and underwear on Wednesday.
“🫣Good Morning ❤️🔥 and you’re welcome 🌶️💥 @markwahlberg,” his wife, Rhea Durham, wrote as the caption for the Instagram photo she shared on her own account.
In the image, the “Daddy’s Home” star appeared to be in the middle of red light therapy — a therapeutic technique that can help repair muscle tissues after workouts — as he looked up and posed for the camera.
After the snap was shared on Instagram, Wahlberg’s admirers rushed to the comment section to collectively drool together.
“Oh my…well thank you for this little early morning treat!😍🔥,” one person wrote.
“You are a very lucky woman. 🔥,” another wrote, referring to Durham, 45.
“🫣Good Morning ❤️🔥 and you’re welcome 🌶️💥 @markwahlberg,” the former Victoria’s Secret model captioned the snap.
“I love when celebrities provide public service like this. It’s just so good for the general wellbeing of all ❤️🔥😉,” a third chimed in.
Wahlberg, 52, is known for his intense exercise routines and often records himself training at the gym.
The “Ted” actor also likes to highlight his favorite recovery methods.

Along with red light therapy, he often indulges in cold plunges.
He also tends to flaunt his shredded body and maintains his figure “the good old-fashioned way” — by eating right and exercising, he previously told Page Six.
Fitness appears to run in Wahlberg’s family as he gushed over his 13-year-old, Grace, for following his footsteps.
“My daughter Grace, she’s an equestrian now. She’s going up and she’s building strength to control a really powerful animal, so she’s working out now,” he told us in May 2023.
“She is very much like me. She is super disciplined,” he gushed. “It’s incredible to see.”
On occasion, he also breaks a sweat with Durham as the two enjoy doing high-intensity workouts at F45 Training “quite a bit together.”
The “Uncharted” star and the former Victoria’s Secret model — who wed in August 2009 — share daughters Ella, 20, and Grace, and sons Michael, 17, and Brendan, 14.
Last year, Wahlberg decided to pack his family up and move from their $90 million mansion in California to Las Vegas, Nev. to seek a “better life.”
He told E! News in April that his kids were “thriving” and the relocation has been positive overall.
“They love Vegas,” he said. “I spent lots of time in LA pursuing my interests and my career, and now it’s time for them to pursue theirs. Everybody is thriving there. It’s been great.”
In an interview with “The Talk” in October 2022, Wahlberg further said he wanted to focus on being a family man as his kids take on golf, basketball and horseback riding.
The actor snagged a $15.6 million mansion right outside of sin city, per Las Vegas Review-Journal.
