Jennifer Garner is still on very good terms with her ex-boyfriend, Michael Vartan.
The actress gushed over her former beau in an Instagram post on Monday, Nov. 28, marking his 55th birthday.
“I can’t remember why I was Bavarian, but I do know today is your birthday. I hope it’s a great one, Michael! XX S. Bristow,” the “13 Going on 30” actress, 51, wrote.
In the photo, Garner is wearing German clothing while holding up a broken glass beer mug.
In 2018, she also celebrated his milestone 50th birthday with another throwback.
“Can you believe this baby face is 50?!” she captioned an Instagram photo at the time. “Happy birthday, #MichaelVartan,” she continued, adding the hashtags “#alwaysanALIASgirl” and “#sydneyandvaughnforever.”
The exes began dating in 2003 after she filed for divorce from her ex-husband Scott Foley. They split just a year later in 2004.
The pair played Sydney Bristow and Michael Vaughn, respectively, on the beloved series, which ran for five seasons from 2001 to 2006.
Garner went on to marry Ben Affleck in 2005. The pair, who share kids Violet, 17; Seraphina, 14; and Samuel, 11, split 10 years later. They finalized their divorce in 2018.
The “Family Switch” actress has been romantically linked to businessman John Miller since 2018. Affleck, for his part, rekindled his relationship with ex-fiancée Jennifer Lopez in 2021 and tied the knot in July 2022.
Vaughn, who starred alongside Lopez in 2005’s “Monster-in-Law” opposite Jane Fonda, was married to real estate broker Lauren Skaar from 2011 to 2014.
