- Taste: Thick, powerfully tannic, and ample in the mouth. The cup is brisk and heavily-fired but fluid, too and with a sweetish-tart finish. In it, charcoal-like flavor emerges strong followed by slight nutty undertones, which lend some sweetness to the cup. Accommodates cream and sweetener beautifully.
