Over at Conrad Nashville, Blue Aster is welcoming Thanksgiving guests with a three-course prix fixe menu expertly curated to include butternut squash and truffle risotto, black garlic short rib, lamb shank, and maple glazed turkey. Thanksgiving dinner service runs from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm and costs $95 for adults and $45 for children. Valet parking is complimentary — reservations are highly recommended and can be made here.

Henrietta Red

Germantown’s Henrietta Red is taking holiday orders for Thanksgiving favorites and holiday pies that can be ordered ahead. On the menu: oyster kits with red wine mignonette, lemon, and house saltines; Tennessee paddlefish caviar with sour cream and spring onion vinaigrette; shrimp cocktail; signature butters (anchovy, green curry, and ‘Njduja); and scratch-made pies like apple pear, pumpkin spice, and chocolate silk. Orders close November 20 at 10:00 p.m. and can be picked up November 21 or November 22. 

The Dutch

The Dutch will be hosting a special Thanksgiving Day Chef’s Harvest Table in its dining room from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. The menu includes a raw bar with shrimp rolls, oysters, crab, and jumbo shrimp cocktail; a range of appetizers like curry butternut squash soup and ember-roasted beets; a heritage turkey carving station with stuffing potato puree, and cranberry orange chutney; and desserts like chocolate pudding cake and a trio of pies. Cost is $85 per person and $35 for children 10 and under. Reservations are recommended and can be made here.
