      Such a gorgeous showroom! If you love roaming around IKEA, you're going to LOVE this place! There were so many unique pieces. Some were functional, others were beautiful, and then there were the ones you would only ever see in a showroom... On our particular visit, the sunset lamps, mochi-like chairs, and avant-garde clocks caught our attention. Loved window shopping!

      Note: It's very quiet with no music playing, so it was lots of whispering amidst the slightly awkward atmosphere.

      Absolutely stunning store with, unfortunately, snooty indifference displayed by the team. I'm renovating a new home and popped in today as they carry many of the wonderfully unique design forward European brands I buy for my homes. From the moment we walked in, until the moment we left, the person working never once lifted their gaze from their computer nor did they greet us or offer assistance. This included when I stood directly in front of him complimenting a Miniform dining table to the person who came with me, noting it was the right size as I needed something narrow. Still nothing, not even a nod. All of the brands on offer are available online. No wonder so many of us go that route when this is what "service" looks like for high end furnishings. Disappointing for such a beautiful space.

      I wanted to send a review concerning my interaction with A+R. I ordered an Ourdooroven which, as I knew, was to be shipped from the factory in the Netherlands to Wisconsin. Not too surprisingly, the shipment looked like heck when it arrive, with some pieces damaged and others missing.

      I immediately emailed A+R and received a response that same day. Everything was taken care of. Replacement parts (of substantial value) were shipped immediatley at their cost and arrived in perfect condition.

      If, in fact, A+R wanted to ignore the problem, they certainly could have made it difficult for me. Their concern and response makes me feel secure that I would not hesitate ordering from them again.

      BUYERS BEWARE

      It's a very nice showroom and that means they don't have anything on stock ( this is what Luisa told me ) the nice blonde lady that works there.

      I went to this store to get a table lamp from menu that cost me 275.75 to be exact , they told me that because of the Presidents' Day the table lamp would be shipped Tuesday 20 and I agree

      Today I called to get the tracking number so I can track my order and see what is taking so long . Finally after 15 calls and trying to get information of this David starts screaming at me and I don't know who he is ! He told me he was trying to understand what was going on . So I decided to make a charge back because apparently no one at this company know what they are doing .

      I was a loyal customer since they where on la brea but for sure this kind of situations and the way the handle this is more than enough to not going back ever again .

      I fell in love with a counter stool design for our new kitchen and a few months after we started using them some of the legs became detached from the seat. We still LOVED the stools so much that I wrote A+R about it. Samantha replied to me promptly and she offered to send 4 new stools with metal foot bars instead of wooden ones like the original stools I ordered. It took a while to get the stools but they finally arrived and they are as gorgeous as the original ones. They are all extremely comfortable as well. I'm extremely pleased with the customer service.

      This place has beautiful stuff which is why my daughter and I came in here to buy a lamp for my wife for Christmas. If you're not a twenty y/o hipster DONT BOTHER. We were here 30 minutes and a blonde lady behind the counter said exactly one word to us then turned away to go help some more young hipsters..... ugh. Ended up getting a parking ticket it took so long. Needless to say we left
      Too bad a store with such nice stuff is SO RUDE to normal middle aged people.

      Buyers Beware!!!

      I ordered this poster online

      1 Into The Blue 01 Designer Poster (Stiicks Magnetic Frame:
      Walnut) 45.00
      I was sent only the frame, no poster. Their response was;

      "We understand how that may have been confusing and have since attempted to clarify in the dropdown menu".
      Really!!!!

      Thanks Connor! I went in to A+R get a recommendation for some chairs for my newly remodeled living room. I showed Connor the space with pictures and he was able to choose the perfect chairs and have them delivered the next day. I plan on telling all my neighbors to come in and check you out. Thanks again!!

      STAY AWAY/BUYER BEWARE. I ordered an $1300 table IN JUNE and was told 4-6 weeks. I was shipped a DAMAGED table in November and received a measly $200 refund. It is now DECEMBER and i have still not received my replacement. There are plenty of other retailers that sell their products. it should not take HALF A YEAR to get something that you paid for. Just awful.

      Hands down one of my most adored stores in the world! I am so happy to have them on this side of town although I would have gladly driven to Venice anytime for this place! A beautiful Design store that never fails to draw me in and inspire! They have everything from furniture and wall hangings, functional art objects, jewelry, house gadgets, toys and some unique Apple product accessories... Open, spacious and crisp in a huge space! I love everything A+R finds and brings together so that myself and like-minds can indulge :)
