Dearly beloved in Christ
Dear fellow members of St. James Mar Thoma Church, Loving greetings in the Precious name of our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ In the month of February again we could see the Joyous and Colorful Celebration of the National Day and Liberation Day in Kuwait. We congratulate the Nation again I would like to give Thanks to the Almighty God for the Blessings which He showered on the Mar Thoma Pravasi Samgamam on the 24th of February 2012. Oh! what a marvelous and wonderful get together that was! The Samgamam along with our Metropolitan Thirumeni, Rt. Rev Dr. Abraham Mar Paulos Episcopa and the new Bishops , our five Achens and the faithful members of our Church who are in Kuwait and many guests enjoyed together and showed the way of unity and faithfulness to the Church and thereby Christ , Head of the Church. I am congratulating all the members of the Kuwait Center for their earnest effort and hard work together for the success of the Mar Thoma Pravasi Samgamam. May the Almighty God help and bless all of you for your earnest effort. Since we are in the lent season, take the season to renew the relation with Christ and lead a meaning full life. We will have the Evening Namaskaram and lent fellowships from the middle of March. Now our loving children are writing the exams. I wish them all a blessed result and bright future. As we know the month of March is the last month of the Financial Year we have to close the Accounts this month. So, all of you may kindly remit your Subscription, Sandharanam and the Diocesan Collection within two weeks. I hope all of you will co operate with the same. All of you can pay in the counter in the Parish on every service after or before service. In the Press Conference which held in Kuwait on 23rd February by our Metropolitan Thirumeni has very clearly said that those who wants to become and continue as a marthomite he/ she should accept the supremacy of the Mar Thoma Metropolitan of the Mar Thoma Syrian church of Malabar. Let us come together as faith full members of the Church. May the Peace and Blessings of our Lord Jesus be with you all. With loving regards and prayers Yours in Christ Service
I take this opportunity to thank our Lord Jesus Christ for His blessings for the last one year. We are almost at the end of our first financial year and when we look back we had turbulent start but the way Our Lord had strengthened us throughout was amazing. I thank HIM for His Grace. The Mar Thoma Sabha Pravasi Sangamom 2012 was a great success and we were blessed to greet our five Bishops together to Kuwait We thank the executive members and all the committee members for their dedication and contribution for the success of the event, to help the needy ones in Kerala and to upgrade the facilities of the St. Thomas Mission Hospital, Kattanam. A special thanks to our beloved Achen Rev. A.Y. Varghese for his guidance and leadership all through the year for the smooth functioning of the church. Each and every Kaisthana Samathi members deserve a great thanks and appreciation for their enthusiasm and involvement. All our parish members were with us the whole time. I thank them and encourage them to be supportive for the growth of our church in fellowship and faith.
