Wright stain of a bone marrow aspirate with large multinucleated Reed-Sternberg cells. "Hodgkin cells" are mononuclear while "Reed-Sternberg" cells are multinucleate forms. Sometimes, these cells are confused with megakaryocytes on aspirate smears.
