國立故宮博物院 National Palace Museum

國立故宮博物院於1965年落成，中國宮殿式的建築，一至三樓為展覽陳列空間，四樓為休憩茶座「三希堂」，藏有全世界最多的中華藝術寶藏，收藏品主要承襲自宋、元、明、清四朝，幾乎涵蓋了整部五千年的中國歷史，數量達65萬多件，國立故宮博物院擁有「中華文化寶庫」的美名。

The National Palace Museum was completed in 1965. It is a Chinese palace-style building. The first to third floors are exhibition spaces. The fourth floor is the Hume Cafe Sanshitang. It houses the world’s largest collection of Chinese art treasures. Collectibles were inherited from the Song Dynasty. The Yuan, Ming, and Qing Dynasties almost covered the entire 5,000-year history of China, amounting to more than 650,000 pieces. The National Palace Museum has the reputation of “a treasure house of Chinese culture.”
