Melody was a Japanese-American pop singer and TV host. She debuted in 2003 and ended her music career in 2008. She’s currently focusing on pursuing a career as fashion designer as well as raising her family. She is also married to well known J-rock superstar Miyavi and they currently have two children.

K-pop is currently taking over Japan by storm and Melody has also shown her interest as she tweeted “I have to admit, I’m into k-pop these days” which had a flood of responses asking which artists she liked or listened to. She tweeted replies which included 2NE1 and Big Bang as a few of her faves!!
