Enables the user to circumvent the encryption on DVDs person owns. If
person owns the hardware and DVD, it should be per choice (and per
choice only) on what and where perse wants to watch it!

HD-DVD decryption key

The decryption key that is used on most HD-DVD movies. I am providing
this key since the MPAA and AACS
LA attempted
to suppress sharing it along with public knowledge of it.

HDCP master key

These magic bits defeat HDCP scrambling to prevent the user from
viewing high-definition video on the hardware of per choice.
Do not ask me technical questions about these; I have never used any
of them.
