great flowers!!!
we crossed strombo pulcherrimus with turbinicarpus alonsoi this year, but seeds seem to be unfertile, do you have experience about it?

Hi C&D, thanks. A few years ago, I crossed Strombocactus disciformis with Turbinicarpus alonsoi and I got seeds and they germinated well and I had flowers too. They flowered 2 years ago, and last friday they were in flower too. The result was Strombocactus discifomis. I think this should be in another topic...

Nice, I have never heard about Yavia, according to pictures its very close to Blossfeldia specie.
